We work together to formalise the precise goals of the intervention. We also consult with you on the best approach to communicating the training programme to delegates and their managers.
For large-scale event we meet with the senior management team and run our 'Climate for success workshop' to make sure that the company culture and systems are aligned with the goals of the training programme.
