Good leadership matters and At BMC we develop leadership capability on an individualised, practical and bespoke basis. Through our Occupational Psychologists we offer  'One to One' leadership profiling to impartially assess strengths and identify areas for improvement. We also use Executive Coaching to provide discrete and targeted development and facilitate Action Learning programmes where a group of six to nine senior managers 'learn with and from each other' as they develop their leadership skills and learning agility as part of a self help group or "Set"
