Our Executive Coaching is carried out on a one to one basis and is tailored to meet the needs of the individual concerned. This may be to do with a range of topics but would typically include things like improving their presentation skills, helping them to delegate more effectively, communicating a new Vision, exploring ways of managing difficult people or improving self confidence.

Our methods are based on applied NLP and make use of our 360 degree feedback forms, Personal profiling instruments, S3i coaching system, and the BMC goal setting contract form. A typical coaching programme would involve working half a day, once a month with the person for six months.
