Coaching Clinics are designed to offer business leaders, managers and key staff the opportunity to 'drop in' and consult with a professional coach on a regular basis - usually once a month. In companies engaged in significant challenges such as mergers, down sizing, de-layering or using matrix management leaders can often find it difficult to meet with their manager and ask for advice or guidance. By having an independent coach on hand individuals can get access to an impartial and professional opinion in a convenient and accessible way. Having a coach in residence on a monthly basis means that new opportunities, issues and concerns can be dealt with in a timely manner and in a way that helps individuals grow and develop.

Coaching Clinics provide convenient and accessible access to tailor made advice that is focused on the needs of the coachee and delivered in a private setting. They are an excellent means of helping staff get timely input on the issues and challenges that are of concern to them and as such they help to defuse problems at and early stage and are a valuable vehicle for skills development.
