Change Management

It is common knowledge that most change initiatives fail to deliver the expected benefits. This is hardly surprising because managing change is a difficult process as it involves two distinct but interrelated facets. Firstly the 'technical approach' that is concerned with the project management aspects of the change. Secondly, the 'cultural approach', which is about motivating employees to willingly engage in the change process.

At BMC we use a change management approach based on applying concepts from NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to the change process combined with information gathered from our research into effective organisational change.

Programmes cover topics such as:

  • Powerful techniques for business leaders to manage change at the strategic level
  • A systematic approach for managers to implement change within their departments or functions
  • How employees can 'survive change' when they find themselves engaged in a change programme

Mastery of these areas will help you to:

  • Present change in a positive and energising light
  • Deliver a change programme in a professional and effective manner
  • Resist the stress and negative consequences that can result for the change experience
