We give advice and guidance on the design and implementation of a wide range of HR systems and procedures including: Appraisal Schemes, Team Briefing formats, Action Learning, Assessment & Development Centres, Talent Management. Leadership Profiling, Coaching Clinics and Executive Coaching.

We typically begin our design work with a seminar for the senior management team during which we cover the key decisions that need to be made in respect to each system and the pro's and con's of each option. For example for appraisal systems we would cover the pluses and minus of linking appraisal directly to pay and of 360 degree feedback schemes versus the Manager/Employee format. We go on to explain the three rules of effective implementation and create a roll out plan based on those rules. Finally, we help with the management of the implementation phase to ensure that the new system is embedded into the culture of the organisation.
